Corns and Calluses
Corns and calluses are overgrown skin on the feet usually caused by tight or ill-fitting shoes. Corns and calluses should never be cut off. Instead, the corn or callus should be treated with a salicylic acid ointment or paste. Treatment for corns and calluses consists of wearing properly fitting shoes as well as using a salicylic acid product ranging in strength from 10-40%.
